This Saturday, three units of the Fire Department were dispatched to the parking lot of the former Del Llac Center shopping mall, located in Eix Macià in Sabadell, after smoke was detected in one of the building's emergency exits.

The incident, which took place shortly before two in the afternoon, was quickly brought under control. Firefighters located the source of the fire in the meter room, situated on floor -1 of the building. They successfully extinguished the flames and ventilated the area without further complications.

As a precautionary measure, electricity supplies were cut for a few minutes. Fortunately, no injuries were reported in this latest episode affecting the former facility.
