During the session, several urgent social economic benefits were approved. These include aid for residential accommodation in situations of serious risk (files 2026/369, 2026/118, 2026/4125), for socio-educational, sports, and leisure activities for children and young people (files 2026/6555, 2026/4406), and for individual and family treatments and therapies (files 2025/10345, 2025/6560, 2025/7104, 2026/4659, 2026/5512). Aid was also granted for ophthalmological treatment (exp. 2026/6505) and for the reconnection of basic utilities (exp. 2026/7449).
In urban planning matters, the Board addressed the rectification of a material error in a license for the change of use from commercial premises to housing (exp. 2026/687), the acceptance of the withdrawal of a building permit application for change of use (exp. 2019/7516), and the renunciation of a building permit for the construction of a multi-family building (exp. 2023/5530). Additionally, an urban planning license was granted for the change of use from commercial premises to housing (exp. 2025/10291).
Building permits were also approved for the reservation of a parking space for people with reduced mobility (exp. 2025/1526) and for the repair of leaks on public roads (files 2025/7973, 2025/7979, 2025/7986).
Finally, the session included the return of the definitive guarantee for the works contract for the environmental recovery of the fluvial environment of the Ripoll river (exp. 2026/8799) and the approval of the tender for the mixed supply and auxiliary services contract for the maintenance of Ripollet's green infrastructure (exp. 2026/1879). The withdrawal of a patrimonial liability procedure was also declared (exp. 2026/6549).
