Rubí opens applications for Youth Rent Bonus with grants up to 250 euros

Local youth can apply for the subsidy from March 9 to 13 for rents up to 900 euros.

The Housing Agency of Catalonia will open the application period for the Youth Rent Bonus next Monday, March 9, aiming to support young residents in Rubí and across the region.

The application window runs from 9:00 AM on Monday until 2:00 PM on Friday, March 13. Applicants aged 18 to 35 can submit their requests online or at the Proursa offices. The grant provides up to 250 euros per month for a two-year period.
In Rubí, the monthly rent limit is set at 900 euros for full apartments and 450 euros for single rooms. Applications will be processed on a first-come, first-served basis until the budget is exhausted.
Recent data from 2025 shows that average rent in Rubí hit a record high of 805.50 euros, although it remains lower than the overall Catalonia average of 876.83 euros.
