The Fira Sabadell venue opened its doors this Saturday, March 7th, for the first local edition of Fira Àpat, a trade show designed to link Catalan producers with consumers and chefs.

Despite the rainy weather, organizers expect to welcome up to 5,000 visitors throughout the weekend. This event marks the first time the fair has been held in the Vallès Occidental region, highlighting the importance of local food supply chains.
The exhibition features 50 stalls offering everything from cheeses and wines to vegan options and preserves. Beyond the market, the fair hosts showcookings and specialized workshops focusing on sourdough, chocolate, and traditional preserves.
Opening hours are set from 11 AM to 4 PM on Sunday and 11 AM to 3 PM on Monday. Tickets are priced at 5 euros for early birds and 10 euros at the door, including a plate and full access to the venue's activities.
