The city of Sabadell is mourning the loss of Isabel Rodríguez, a prominent community leader who spent nearly three decades fighting for the social improvement of the Campoamor district.

Rodríguez was a member of the Campoamor Neighborhood Association board for 26 years, serving as its president for six. She was also deeply involved with the Hermandad del Rocío de Sabadell, reflecting her broad commitment to local cultural and social life.

"She taught us that a neighborhood is not just streets, but people who look each other in the eye and fight together."
