Despite the usual closure of theaters for holidays, the capital of Vallès has prepared a diverse agenda for all audiences. From the youngest to adults, the city will host proposals ranging from educational entertainment to top-level sporting events.
Children will have several options to enjoy the school holidays. On Tuesday, March 31, a family workshop will be organized at 10 AM with a visit to a farm and an egg hunt. On the same day, at 11:30 AM, the Miquel Crusafont will host 'The World of Fossils', a workshop introducing participants to paleontology with fossil replicas. This theme will continue on Wednesday, April 1 with 'Let's Be Paleontologists', where the Titanosaurus can be discovered, and on Thursday, April 2 with 'How did the Pyrenean dinosaurs live?', exploring the life and morphology of these animals.
The sports scene will be highlighted by the SWIT CUP, the world's largest women's youth football tournament, held on April 2, 3, 4, and 5. More than 168 teams and 2,400 players, including Spanish youth academies and international clubs like PSG, will compete in Sabadell. Additionally, CE Sabadell will face Betis Deportivo on Sunday at 6:15 PM at the Nova Creu Alta, aiming to maintain their league leadership.
Religious traditions will also have their place. On Good Friday, the Parroquia de Sant Roc in Can Puiggener will host the procession, starting at 7:10 PM and touring several streets of the neighborhood. Concurrently, at 7 PM, the Via Crucis will take place.
Catalan popular culture will be present with a sardana dance performance by the Agrupació Cultural Folklòrica Sabadell Sardanista and the Cobla Sabadell, on Sunday at 11:30 AM. The Jardinets will offer a musical vermouth on Saturday at 12:30 PM with local groups. Finally, history enthusiasts can visit the Torre de Can Feu on Sunday at 10 AM, on a three-hour tour to learn about the castle and the vanished forest. The Capella de Can Gambús will host the quartet Bad Decisions on Saturday at 12:30 PM, with an American music project blending blue, folk, and pop.
