Terrassa proposes a summer cultural agenda with 168 activities including music, theater, cinema, exhibitions, and popular culture, spread throughout the city until September.

Summer in Terrassa arrives packed with cultural activities for all audiences, with a program extending through July, August, and September. Deputy Mayor Joan Salvador highlighted that the initiative features a total of 168 events, designed to be "broad and varied, with the intention of reaching all districts".
The program ranges from music and theater to cinema, puppetry, exhibitions, guided tours, and popular culture. This year, new additions include changes in locations and schedules, and a new cycle focused on young audiences. "It's an invitation to experience culture and enjoy the summer in the streets, libraries, museums, and cultural centers of Terrassa," stated the Councillor for Culture.
The Didó Puppet Festival is moving to the Roc Blanc neighborhood, offering eight family-friendly performances from July 16th to 19th. In parallel, the 5th Ciutat de Terrassa Choral Singing Festival has already begun, with concerts at the Seu d’Ègara and the Municipal Auditorium, including a performance by Choir+ on Friday, July 10th, featuring an LGTBIQ+ repertoire.
Sardana music lovers can enjoy performances in plaça Vella every Tuesday in July, featuring three prestigious coblas. The Sons del Temps cycle will present five concerts in monumental spaces, blending heritage and classical music. There will also be Jazz a la Fresca nights and Jam Sessions at the Nova Jazz Cava.
The Música al Barri Project will culminate with a concert on July 24th at the Masia de Ca n’Anglada, featuring professors and special guests. One of the new initiatives is the Freqüències Project for 18-25 year olds, organizing an evening of concerts with emerging artists and DJs on September 19th in Sant Pere Nord.
Beyond music, there will be open-air cinema in La Maurina and Les Fonts, the Gaudí Cycle at Ègara, guided tours, and activities at the Museu de Terrassa and libraries. Free exhibitions at the Sala Muncunill will be available throughout the summer, including August.
In September, the 17th edition of the Circus Festival will take place at the Antic Poble de Sant Pere, along with the 10th Street Games Week, featuring traditional and modern games, a botifarra contest, and storytelling sessions for all ages.
