The agreement, sealed at the Olympic Stadium, was attended by Mayor Jordi Ballart and club president Jordi Cuesta. The financial contribution is intended to support the club's structure and its participation in high-level competitions, acknowledging the work carried out by the entity.
Mayor Ballart highlighted that the agreement represents a "turning point" in the relationship between the council and the club. He confirmed that if the team is promoted to Primera Federación, natural grass will be installed at the Olympic Stadium. This contribution, approved by the municipal plenary, aligns with Terrassa's ambition to have a team in the First Division, considering its sporting volume and population.
Dialogue between both parties remains open to explore further agreements, particularly regarding the Terrassa FC's need for facilities. Various options are being worked on to improve other sports facilities in the city.

For his part, Jordi Cuesta thanked the City Council for its support, especially Councilor for Sports Albert Muñoz, and emphasized the moral and economic significance of the agreement.
