The Terrassa City Council has launched a new WhatsApp channel and updated its resource guide to improve support for people with disabilities.

The Diverse Abilities Service of the Terrassa City Council has launched two new initiatives to enhance information and support for individuals with disabilities and their families.
A new communication channel via WhatsApp, named “Capacitats Diverses Terrassa”, has been established. This tool aims to foster more direct communication with citizens, facilitating access to relevant, up-to-date, and accessible information on services, activities, calls for applications, aid, and other resources of interest.
In parallel, the third edition of the General Resource Guide for People with Disabilities has been published. This revised and expanded digital version provides practical information to guide and assist citizens in various aspects of daily life.
The guide covers topics such as administrative procedures, financial benefits, advisory services, specialized entities, education, training, employment, support products, health, family support, accessible transport, and housing. The document can be consulted and downloaded directly from the municipal website.
