The incident began when officers stopped a vehicle for an expired ITV (technical inspection). Upon approaching the driver, police noticed a strong smell of marijuana, leading to a search that uncovered drugs and two knives.
After testing positive for THC, the man collapsed. Officers immediately performed CPR and deployed a mobile Automated External Defibrillator (AED) from their patrol car, successfully restoring the man's pulse.
Medical staff from the SEM emergency service stabilized the individual before transporting him to a local hospital. He now faces multiple charges related to drug possession, carrying prohibited weapons, and traffic violations.
