The Àliga de Terrassa has launched a crowdfunding campaign on the Aixeta platform to finance the creation of a rubber figurine, aiming to bring this festive icon closer to the city's children.

The initiative is part of the celebration of the tenth anniversary of the Àliga's incorporation into Terrassa's festive imaginary, scheduled for 2027. The group seeks to raise 8,500 euros to cover the design and manufacturing costs of the piece, an investment they cannot undertake alone.

"The project is born with the desire to bring this icon of popular culture closer to children, making it part of their play universe and thus contributing to strengthening cultural transmission between generations."

The crowdfunding campaign will begin next Saturday, April 11, during Culturassa de Terrassa, and will run until July 15, coinciding with the end of Terrassa's Festa Major. During this three-month period, interested parties can collaborate with different levels of contribution, each with associated rewards.
Among the rewards, which range from a T-shirt to the figurine itself, an option of 65 euros stands out, allowing the figurine to be gifted to a loved one and receiving a personalized thank-you video from the group, in addition to two badges and social media acknowledgment. The most complete option, at 100 euros, includes the figurine, a T-shirt, and the possibility of attending a group rehearsal to dance with the Àliga.
