This Tuesday, a company delegation officially presented the work, which documents the most relevant events in B.Braun's trajectory in the country and, specifically, in the city of Rubí. The volume, featuring photographs, testimonials, and historical accounts, is now available for public consultation.

The event was attended by Antonio Jodar, Director of Legal and Corporate Affairs at B.Braun, who handed over the book to Víctor García, Councillor for Business Services; Marta Oliva, Councillor for Cultural Promotion and Dynamization, and Judith Tapiolas, Head of the Municipal Archive of Rubí.

Jodar emphasized that the company has built 'a key part of our infrastructure' in Rubí, establishing a strong bond with the community. The book's delivery symbolizes B.Braun's gratitude to the city and its inhabitants, stating that 'Rubí has been, and will continue to be, a fundamental part of our history and our future'.

For his part, Councillor Víctor García thanked B.Braun for its '70 years of commitment to Rubí', describing it as a company 'deeply rooted in the city, which has grown hand in hand with Rubí'. He added that it is part of the industrial identity and daily life of many Rubí families, exemplifying the industrial model that positions the city as one of Catalonia's main economic hubs.

Councillor Marta Oliva celebrated the book's inclusion in the archive and library, highlighting that it will allow 'preserving an essential part of our contemporary history'. She concluded that B.Braun 'is part of Rubí's collective narrative, our historical memory, and therefore, also our identity'.

Since its arrival in 1955, Rubí has been B.Braun's main headquarters in Spain, employing over 2,000 people. The company, founded in Germany in 1839, is a leader in medical technology and healthcare solutions, with a presence in 100% of Spanish hospitals and a Center of Excellence for global surgical suture production located in Rubí.
