Since its launch in 2016 by the Acadèmia del Cinema Català, the project has expanded its territorial presence to 137 venues and promoted internationalization with eleven locations in Europe, America, and North Africa.
Over ten years, the circuit has programmed 104 Catalan films, generating accumulated revenue of 1,052,000 euros and attracting over 322,000 spectators. Top-performing productions include Alcarràs and Estiu 1993 by Carla Simón, El mestre que va prometre el mar by Patricia Font, El fotógrafo de Mauthausen by Mar Targarona, La llibreria by Isabel Coixet, and El 47 by Marcel Barrena.
The event highlighted the consolidation of the exhibition network, educational projects with secondary school students, and accessibility measures. The gala, hosted by Elisenda Pineda, featured actor David Verdaguer and a musical performance by Marc Parrot. Director Carla Simón and producer Tono Folguera presented the awards to the pioneering venues, with Rubí's mayor, Ana María Martínez Martínez, accepting the award for the city.
The celebration concluded with a screening of the film Balandrau, vent salvatge and the annual meeting of venues to share experiences about the project.
