The El Niño Lottery draw held on January 6 distributed part of the first prize, the 06703, in Sabadell and ten other Catalan towns, awarding 200,000 euros per tenth.

The Naise bar, located on Ronda d’Europa in the Can Llong neighborhood of Sabadell, was responsible for selling some tenths of the winning number. This draw, also known as the Three Kings Lottery, distributed a total of 770 million euros in prizes across Spain.
The 06703 was widely distributed, touching down in 11 municipalities in Catalonia: Terrassa, Mataró, Barcelona, Cornellà de Llobregat, el Prat de Llobregat, Rubí, Mollet del Vallès, Sant Pere de Ribes, Castelldefels, Sabadell, and Salou. The second prize (45875) partially touched down in Barcelona, while the third prize (32615) missed Catalonia entirely.

The State could collect up to 21.45 million euros in taxes thanks to the El Niño Draw, nearly two million more than the previous year.

Regarding spending, Catalonia invested 92.691 million euros in this edition of the raffle, representing a slight decrease of 0.69% compared to last year. The average spending per inhabitant was 11.41 euros.
