The NaturalMENT program in Santa Perpètua de Mogoda is seeking new participants over 18 years old for its community garden, an activity that combines organic farming, healthy eating, and emotional well-being.

The initiative, part of the municipal program ComunitàriaMENT, offers sessions in the garden two mornings a week, adapting to participants' availability. The program lasts two years, with the first year focusing on theoretical and practical learning, and the second year fostering greater autonomy in cultivation tasks.
An agro-environmental technician guides participants in organic farming techniques. In addition to working the land, the group undertakes projects such as building an insect hotel and creating a rest area with aromatic plants. Outings are also organized to acquire seedlings.
The aim of NaturalMENT is to promote healthy habits and emotional well-being through contact with the earth and shared work. Participants can take home the harvest they obtain.
The cost of the activity is 6.30 euros per month. Interested individuals can contact the civic centers of the municipality to register.
