The traditional New Year's Eve race in Terrassa, organized by La Sosi and Nenazas Running Club, celebrates its sixteenth edition with a six-kilometer route starting and finishing at Plaça de Can Roca.

The Casa de l’Esport hosted the presentation of the 16th edition of the Runneada, the last sporting event of the year in the city. This free, non-competitive activity is organized by La Sosi and Nenazas Running Club, in collaboration with the Terrassa City Council. There are currently 900 registered participants, and the organization expects to reach one thousand five hundred runners.
Attending the presentation were the Sports Councilor, Alberto Muñoz, along with the organizers, Emilio Sánchez from the Nenazas Running Club, and Cesáreo Avellaneda, President of La Sosi. The established route is six kilometers long, designed to be completed at a relaxed pace (approximately 7:30 per kilometer), featuring three scheduled stops for runner regrouping.
The start and finish line will be located at Plaça de Can Roca, following a circular route that will take participants through the city center. Stops include the Casa Baumann, and a second one in front of the City Hall balcony, where, as a novelty, a group photograph will be taken. To prevent sudden crowds in the Raval de Montserrat, entry will be staggered in three groups.
The final pause will take place at the crossing of Avinguda Abat Marcet and Avinguda Josep Tarradellas, before heading into the final stretch. Participants will receive a special T-shirt and will be entered into a raffle for fifty sweatshirts and two registrations to the IRWL (I Run With Leiva) club. The use of costumes is common, reinforcing the festive and Christmas spirit of this New Year's Eve classic in Terrassa.
