The event, held at Nau B1 in Roca Umbert, saw a large public turnout. On Friday, over 650 tickets were sold, while on Saturday, attendance neared 750 people, almost reaching the full capacity of the concert hall.
Attendees included fans from all over Catalonia and other regions of Spain, as well as from countries like France, Germany, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Mexico, and Colombia. This geographical diversity underscores the international reach of the festival.
“"The assessment we make is very positive. The festival went well, the impressions we have received from people are good, and Roca Umbert is a space with great potential."
One of the program's highlights was the performance by Swiss musician Tom Gabriel Warrior, considered a pioneer of European extreme metal. He appeared with his current formation, Triumph Of Death, performing a repertoire based on the work of his former band, Hellhammer.
The lineup also featured other prominent bands such as Demoncy, pioneers of black metal in the United States, and Urgehal, representatives of Norwegian black metal. The presence of Naglfar, from Sweden, marked their return to Spanish stages after two decades of absence.
Taking advantage of his stay in Granollers, Tom Gabriel Warrior participated in an episode of the Sonido Libre podcast. The recording took place on Saturday morning at the Dràstik space, headquarters of the Arcada Koncerts cultural association, and is now available on various platforms.
