Rehabilitation works at the municipal cemetery of L'Ametlla del Vallès have concluded, enhancing the preservation of the facility, particularly its older niche blocks.

The rehabilitation works at the municipal cemetery of L'Ametlla del Vallès have now been completed. This project, included in the 2025 budget agreement between the Ametlla’t and Junts per l’Ametlla groups, has improved the conservation status of this facility, especially the older niche blocks, which showed significant deterioration due to the passage of time.
The intervention focused on repairing cracks and fissures in the linings to prevent fragment detachment and improve user safety. Old asbestos cement roofing has also been replaced with new covers to prevent water leaks and ensure greater durability of the facilities.
Additionally, painting work has been carried out, and new signage has been installed along the paths within the grounds to aid orientation.
