The Sant Celoni City Council has launched a new easy-read book club, which will take place every two weeks on Monday afternoons. The first session, focused on reading an adapted version of The Little Prince, saw the participation of 14 registered individuals.

The activity, led by linguistic volunteer Mònica Paley, occurs every two weeks on Mondays from 3:15 PM to 4:15 PM. This inaugural session has 14 registered participants.
The sessions will revolve around reading The Little Prince by Antoine de Saint-Exupéry, in an easy-read version adapted with simpler language and a structure that facilitates comprehension. The meetings will combine shared reading with the exchange of impressions and comments about the work.
The Easy-Read Book Club is part of the reading promotion and Catalan language use initiatives driven by the Oficina de Català and the L'Escorxador Library of Sant Celoni.
