The event aims to promote the city's pastry sector and highlight local products from the Alt Empordà region. This year's fair includes special guest Arnau Triola, an award-winning chocolatier, who will present his latest artisanal creations alongside other renowned local masters.
Visitors can participate in live cooking demonstrations, including traditional brunyols and chocolate workshops. The fair continues the tradition of local collaboration that previously produced the Baldufa de Figueres and special biscuits for the Dalí Theatre-Museum anniversary.
