The Cercle Sport Figuerenc in Figueres will host a major conference on migration this Saturday, February 21st, as part of the ongoing Congress of Catalan Culture.

Under the theme How we cohere, the event aims to analyze the demographic reality of the Catalan Countries. Experts such as Andreu Domingo and Mariona Illamola will join activists and citizens to discuss integration, language as a tool for cohesion, and first-hand migrant experiences.
The day is organized into four round tables and will conclude with a performance by singer Kelly Isaiah Ogbebor. This marks the first time the Congress of Catalan Culture brings its debate to the capital of Alt Empordà, following previous events in Palamós and Cassà de la Selva.
The event is open to the general public, although organizers recommend registering in advance via their website to ensure a seat at the venue.
