A joint operation between the National Police and the Llançà Local Police has resulted in the dismantling of two drug dealing points in the municipality and the arrest of two individuals.

The police action took place in two residences located on Farella Street and Port de la Selva Road, in Llançà. The investigation began after an unusual flow of people was detected at these properties, raising suspicions about potential drug trafficking activities.
Following a period of surveillance, officers proceeded to search the properties on Monday, April 13. During the searches, various quantities of narcotics, cash presumably linked to drug sales, and equipment for weighing and portioning the substances were seized.
The two arrested individuals are accused of an alleged crime against public health. After their arrest, they were transferred to police facilities for further proceedings and subsequently brought before judicial authorities, as reported by the police force.
