The Cineclub Vilafranca has opened the 2026 edition of its Oscars Contest in Vilafranca del Penedès, inviting residents to predict the winners of the Hollywood awards until March 15th.

Participants must select one winner for each of the nine main categories using ballots found at Kubrick Cinema and Sala Zazie, or via an online form. The person with the most correct answers will win a package of over 30 prizes, including a year-long membership to the film club and various local cultural experiences provided by partners like VINSEUM and Most Festival.
To accompany the contest, the club is screening nominated films such as Sueño de trenes, Hamnet, and Marty Supreme. The final winners will be announced during a special event scheduled for April 28th at the Kubrick Cinema.
