The program in Oliana will begin with approximately fifteen students. This initiative aims to retain local talent and address the specific needs of the logistics sector, which is vital for the economy of the Alt Urgell region.
“"We are working so that different territories can provide high-quality vocational training that directly responds to local needs."
Students will learn to manage transport operations, plan distribution routes, and handle international trade documentation. The curriculum also emphasizes digital skills and the study of two foreign languages to prepare graduates for the global market.
The project is supported by Taurus Group, a major company based in Oliana. The firm's logistics hub currently employs 150 people and requires a steady influx of new talent to maintain its operations in the Pyrenees.
