Around twenty individuals convened in El Pont de Suert to commemorate World Physical Activity Day, engaging in a participatory event organized by the local CAP to foster well-being and healthy habits.

The initiative, driven by the community team of the CAP de Pont de Suert, offered a diverse and accessible program for all attendees. The day commenced with a therapeutic exercise session, led by physiotherapist Cristina Vigo, focusing on improving mobility, strength, and injury prevention.
Subsequently, participants enjoyed a mindfulness session, guided by the CAP's community emotional well-being referent, Montse Caselles Castells. This segment of the event allowed attendees to practice full awareness and learn stress management techniques in a natural and calming environment.
To conclude the gathering, the organizing team surprised participants with a joint and communal dance dynamic. This playful and festive activity contributed to strengthening group cohesion and added a joyful touch to the World Physical Activity Day celebration.
Furthermore, this event marked the launch of the third edition of the mindfulness and therapeutic exercise program, which will take place every Wednesday at 10:30 AM at the Platgeta del Riu de Pont de Suert. This initiative is solidifying its role as a fundamental pillar in promoting the physical and emotional health of the local community.
