The TEDxIgualada organization and the Pere Vives Vich Institute held the third edition of Talent Talks this Friday in Igualada, showcasing the academic research of local students.

Eight students from the Pere Vives Vich and Joan Mercader institutes presented their final research projects at the Andrés Calvo Hall. The event serves as a platform to bring youth research closer to the general public through brief and rigorous presentations.
Topics ranged from 3D animation and political discourse to the influence of literature on David Bowie and cardiovascular health. Other students explored mathematical modeling in Bach's music and media analysis of famous legal cases like the Wanninkhof affair.
The TEDxIgualada series will continue on March 12 at the 4DHealth building with a session on genetics led by Dr. Aina Marsal-Olivan, titled What I would have liked to know about genetics if I weren't a geneticist.
