Once again, the Consorci's mobile information point will be located on Passeig Pere III in Manresa, serving as an environmental information and awareness hub open to all ages during the Ecoviure fair. The activity will take place on Saturday afternoon and Sunday morning and afternoon.
Visitors will be able to receive detailed information on the recycling center service, proper waste separation and management, home composting, and other key aspects of waste prevention and recycling.
As a new feature, the mobile unit will host the interactive wooden games 'Residus en joc' (Waste in Play). These games are designed to test participants' knowledge of waste management in a fun way, posing questions about where to dispose of each material, its post-collection circuit, and its potential transformation into new products.
The mobile information point is part of the Consorci del Bages' network of recycling centers and periodically visits municipalities in the Bages and Moianès regions. It allows for the disposal of small format waste such as batteries, fluorescent lamps, cables, vegetable oil, paints, aerosols, or small electrical appliances.
