The event, which serves as a showcase for contemporary creation linked to tradition, has scheduled 85 artistic proposals. Of these, 60% are premieres, consolidating the fair's role as a platform for new developments in the sector. The main goal this year is to encourage active public involvement in spaces that invite singing, dancing, and playing, thus connecting with cultural rights.
To facilitate this dynamic, key spaces have been relocated, such as the Plaça de la Fira, which moves to Plaça Neus Català i Pallejà to concentrate association initiatives. Meanwhile, Plaça Sant Domènec will be reserved for outdoor concerts. The closing show, titled Decostumari, will be one of the highlights and will take place at Plaça Major.
This year's edition will feature Flanders as the guest territory in its international focus, presenting five proposals that explore the diversity of roots-based creations. At the same time, professional activity will be concentrated at the Centre Cultural el Casino, where participation and cultural rights will be discussed within the framework of the sectoral sessions.
