The Moià City Council has completed renovation works at the Josep Orriols i Roca public school to provide more shade and natural areas for students.

Working alongside the parents' association (AFA), the council identified the need for cooler outdoor spaces. The project included building a wooden amphitheater and planting new trees and shrubs to create a more natural environment for play and social interaction.
Additionally, triangular shade sails were installed near the gym area. These removable structures offer flexibility for school events and summer camps. The project was fully funded by the Diputació de Barcelona and will be officially opened on March 7th.
