The Anti-Door-to-Door Platform in Sant Joan de Vilatorrada, located in the Bages region, has voiced its concerns this March regarding the implementation of the town's new waste management system.

Two weeks after the launch, the group claims that trash bags are piling up outside homes, creating a sense of neglect. This perspective differs from the official stance of Mayor Jordi Solernou and Councilor Toni Dorado, who have labeled the rollout a success due to high citizen participation in collecting the required bins.

"Real collaboration is born from consensus and dialogue, not from a model implemented without listening."
