The Solsona City Council has launched a public consultation this March for its Municipal Organic Regulation (ROM), the primary legal framework for the institution's internal organization and transparency.

Citizens can review the document and submit proposals until March 15. This regulation defines the structure and powers of the Mayor's Office, the City Council Plenary, and the Local Government Board.

"It is an important step to provide the council with its own tool adapted to current needs."

Joan Parcerisa · First Deputy Mayor
The text also includes measures for digital meetings and ensures the transparency of public sessions. The final debate and initial approval are scheduled for the plenary session on March 26.
