The Government of the Canary Islands, through the Proexca agency, successfully concluded its business event tour across Spain to position the archipelago as a strategic business platform between Europe, Africa, and America.

This initiative, branded ‘Canarias, your best version’, seeks to attract national investment by leveraging the islands' unique ecosystem, which combines talent, connectivity, and an exclusive tax regime, while offering European regulatory guarantees.
The meetings were held in Seville, Zaragoza, and Madrid, bringing together nearly 250 companies. Speakers from key sectors such as technology, aerospace, animation, and video games participated, including representatives from CTA, Ayesa, CATEC, the Aragón Aerospace Cluster, and DigitalES.
The roadshow impacted over 1,741 strategic companies. Success stories of companies already established in the Canary Islands, such as Ghenova, The Game Kitchen, and NUNSYS GROUP, were shared, demonstrating expansion opportunities.
The promotional effort is based on solid data: the audiovisual sector closed 2024 with 154 shoots and 218 million euros in investment. The video game industry has doubled its presence in four years, and the ICT sector grew 6% year-on-year, with 3,074 active companies. The aerospace area, declared strategic, is expected to generate over 1.5 billion euros.
