The Cambrils City Council has formalized the incorporation of two new officers into the Local Police Force, who have successfully completed the selection process and traineeship.

The official reception ceremony took place last Monday, marking the entry of these professionals as full civil servants. This addition follows the officers' successful completion of the 2024 selection process, the basic training course at the Public Security Institute of Catalonia (ISPC), and the corresponding practical training period.
The new members of the police force were welcomed by the mayor of Cambrils, the councilor for Citizen Security, and the head of the Local Police Force. This institutional act symbolizes the beginning of their professional career in service to the community.
It is worth noting that both officers had already been part of the Local Police Force since 2021, when they joined as interim staff, and during this time, they have performed duties in various areas and units of the force.
