The traditional parades, activities for all ages, and the large parties following the processions will be the main attractions of a program designed to enjoy Carnival in both town centers. This year, the parade routes have been adapted to ensure the smooth running of the celebration, taking into account the ongoing public works.
In Mont-roig del Camp, the Carnival parade will end at the municipal sports hall, where the celebration will continue with a grand costume ball. This event will feature the performance of La Marxosa, entertainment, DJs, and the presentation of the Carnival prizes during the intermission. The celebration will start with the traditional Couple's Dance, featuring the orchestra Grup Loren, and there will also be a children's parade on Saturday.
Regarding Miami Platja, the parade will start and end at Plaça Jaén. This space will host the eighth Miamòdrom, featuring dance exhibitions and choreographies by the participating groups. Subsequently, the party will move to the municipal sports hall, where a potluck dinner and a big party will be held with the Festium Disco show and music by DJ Óscar Sánchez.
The Carnival 2026 program includes notable activities such as the Couple's Dance in Mont-roig and the Miamòdrom in Miami Platja, aiming to encourage citizen participation.
In Miami Platja, a children's costume ball with entertainment will be held at the municipal sports hall on Friday. The Carnival will conclude with a popular sardine feast. The Town Council informs that registration for the Carnival 2026 parades is open until February 10, 2026.
