The Fortuny Theater in Reus received a favorable electrical inspection report this Thursday, February 19, marking a significant step toward its reopening after a safety-related closure.

The facility was closed on February 10 by the Fortuny Theater Consortium due to safety concerns. Before reopening, technical teams must still address issues within the fire protection system, including flow meters and emergency buttons.

"The forecast is that by Friday, February 27, the re-stamping, push buttons, and flow meter will be ready."
