The Reus City Council has initiated the tender process for the installation of three new children's play areas in the Fortuny neighborhood, with an investment of 117,789.58 euros.

The objective of this action is to improve existing public spaces, replacing the current, underused play areas with new modern, safe, and inclusive facilities. The new areas will be located at the roundabouts of Andalusia, Priorat, and Balears, promoting the integral development of children and neighborhood coexistence.
The selection of new play equipment aims to ensure a stimulating environment that facilitates interaction among children of different ages and abilities. The maximum deadline for supply and installation is 75 days after the contract is formalized.

"Investing resources so that neighborhoods have decent children's play areas is investing in equality, social cohesion, and coexistence, while dignifying public space and improving citizens' quality of life."
