The city of Reus has strengthened its gastronomic reputation as three local establishments were included in the 2026 Michelin Guide during a ceremony held this Monday in Girona.

The selected restaurants are L'Alkimista, Ferran Cerro, and VÍTRIC Taverna Gastronòmica. This recognition highlights the culinary excellence of the Baix Camp capital, following other recent successes such as the Repsol Sun awarded to Cervus.
Across the Tarragona region, a total of sixteen restaurants have been included in this year's selection. Notable locations include Cambrils, Salou, and Altafulla, showcasing the diverse high-quality dining options available in Southern Catalonia.
In Catalonia, 151 restaurants are now recommended by the guide, accounting for nearly 20% of the national total. Barcelona remains the main hub with 83 establishments, followed by Girona, Tarragona, and Lleida.
