The 2026 Carnival program has been designed to guarantee an intense celebration in both municipal centers, with the parades serving as the main attraction. This year, the routes have had to be slightly adapted due to ongoing public works, thus ensuring the usual spirit and spectacle of the Carnival.
In Mont-roig del Camp, the parade will follow an itinerary including Catalunya Avenue, Vilanova d’Escornalbou Street, Reus Avenue, and will conclude at the municipal sports center. Once there, the party will continue with a grand costume ball featuring the orchestra La Marxosa, entertainment, DJ’s, and the presentation of the Carnival prizes during the break.
Regarding Miami Platja, the parade will start and end at Jaén Square, traveling along Barcelona Avenue and California Avenue. The same square will host the VIII Miamòdrom, an exhibition of dances and choreographies by the participating groups. Subsequently, the celebration will move to the sports center for a potluck dinner and a major party featuring the Festium Disco show and music by DJ Óscar Sánchez.
The program also includes activities for all audiences. In Mont-roig del Camp, the festivities will begin with the traditional Couple's Dance featuring the orchestra Grup Loren. Additionally, there will be a children's parade on Saturday. In Miami Platja, a children's costume ball will take place on Friday. The Carnival will conclude with the popular sardine feast, marking the end of the celebration.
