Eleven wineries from Southern Catalonia DOs, supported by the Reus Chamber of Commerce and Prodeca, will participate in the international Wine Paris fair from February 9 to 11 to open new global markets.

The event, held in Paris, is a major international reference point, bringing together 6,500 exhibitors from 60 countries. The Catalan expedition will feature a 65-square-meter stand promoted by the Reus Chamber of Commerce and the Catalan Food Promoter (Prodeca), aiming to showcase products and establish alliances with buyers from Europe, North America, and Asia.

"This fair is the main meeting point for the sector, and wine is a symbol of our culture and identity."

Mario Basora · President of the Reus Chamber of Commerce
The participating wineries belong to the designations of origin DOQ Priorat, DO Montsant, DO Terra Alta, and DO Conca de Barberà, and they will be the sole Catalan representation at the event. Participants include Ètim DO Montsant – Vinícola del Priorat, Clos Montblanc, La Conreria, Portell, Casa Mariol, Altavins, Laurona, Mas La Mola – Molí dels Capellans, Cal Pla, Bell Cros, and Terra del Priorat.
The work of the Reus Chamber of Commerce is carried out in three phases: pre-fair support (stand design, flight/accommodation management, and customs clearance), during the fair (linguistic support and professional networking), and post-fair support (international legal advice and assistance in opening new markets).

"Much more than the price, we must give value to what is inside the bottle."

José Beltran · Representative of Celler Terra del Priorat
