The Osona band Obeses has released its new single Pols a l’era, the first preview of the EP l’ai al cor – DIÀSTOLE, featuring a video clip recorded at the Teatre Bartrina de Reus.

This new musical release marks Obeses' first foray into the extreme metal genre. The song's theme is directly inspired by various citizen struggles against territorial aggression and the loss of agricultural land.
The message of Pols a l’era focuses on criticizing the current development model which, according to the band, is driving farmers out of the country and making the continuity of their activity unviable.
The video clip accompanying the single was recorded last January at the facilities of the Teatre Bartrina de Reus. The production was handled by the Reus production company Acid Factory, under the direction of Víctor Rubio.
The audiovisual material includes images of various protests provided by entities such as the platform Per una Plana Viva, Unió de Pagesos, El 9 TV, and Canal Taronja. Acid Factory, which also designed the group's new logo, had previously collaborated with Obeses on video clips such as Invasió terrícola or Potser ho hauríem d’haver vist, the latter selected at the FIC-CAT International Film Festival in Roda de Berà.
