Reus FC Reddis secured a vital 2-0 victory against UE Porreres at the Estadi Municipal this Sunday, claiming three points and moving back into third position in the league table.

The squad managed by Marc Carrasco opted for rotations in the lineup, resting some regular players. The first half was evenly matched with few clear chances for either side.
The initial scare in the second half, led by Rubén de Tomás, brother of the former Espanyol striker, was quickly answered. In the 56th minute, Sandro Toscano capitalized on a post rebound to open the scoring (1-0), a goal that calmed the home crowd.

A successful counter-attack allowed Ricardo Vaz to score the 2-0 shortly after, practically sealing the match and adding depth to the local offense.

The introduction of Ricardo Vaz and Aitor Serrano was crucial in increasing offensive threat. Although Porreres had a final chance in the 83rd minute, goalkeeper Pacheco responded securely, ensuring the three points for Reus Reddis, who will visit Barbastro next week.
