Reus FC Reddis suffered a 2-3 defeat against Castellón B at the Municipal stadium in Reus last Sunday, in a match where the home side failed to hold onto their initial lead.

The red-and-black team, unable to find continuity in their play, saw Castellón B quickly neutralize the two leads they achieved throughout the match, which was characterized by being thick, uncomfortable, and full of interruptions.
The start was promising for the home side, as in the 5th minute, Kenneth opened the scoring after a cross from Xavi Jaime. However, the visitors reacted and equalized in the 26th minute thanks to Terma, capitalizing on a rebound after a shot hit the crossbar.

A bitter defeat for the red-and-blacks, who competed but failed to impose themselves in a complicated and uncomfortable match.

After the break, Kenneth put Reus ahead again in the 53rd minute (2-1). Despite the new advantage, Castellón B maintained pressure and equalized once more with a goal from Santamaria in the 79th minute. The decisive blow came in the 85th minute with a penalty converted by Carlos Segura, setting the final score at 2-3.
Following this defeat, Reus FC Reddis is now preparing for their next league commitment. The team will travel to the Camp Municipal de Vidreres to face Girona B on Sunday, February 1.
