The L'Aldea City Council has begun the testing phase of ALDEA, a new virtual assistant based on artificial intelligence designed to handle telephone inquiries from citizens regarding municipal services and procedures.

The ALDEA system will answer common questions about services, operating hours, and contact channels, and will guide users on the requirements and documentation needed for various procedures. The technological solution, developed by the company CorelixIA, uses natural language to interact with users.
When an inquiry requires personalized attention or cannot be resolved by the virtual assistant, ALDEA will be able to forward the request to the appropriate municipal staff, following established criteria. During the testing phase, responses will be validated, operational limits reviewed, and forwarding criteria evaluated through periodic reports.
“

"The objective is to facilitate citizens' access to municipal information and streamline those inquiries and procedures that can be resolved by phone. We want people to be able to express what they need naturally, receive guidance on municipal services and procedures, and have a personalized attention channel when the inquiry requires it."

Irene Negre · Councillor for Citizenship
Practical information regarding the contact telephone number, operating hours, and the inquiries that can be managed through ALDEA will be specified soon, coinciding with the service's final launch.
