This edition of the days, which lasts until March 8, is a joint initiative of the four seaside towns of the Terres de l’Ebre region: Alcanar, L’Ametlla de Mar, L’Ampolla, and Sant Carles de la Ràpita. The main objective is to highlight the mantis shrimp (galera) as an emblematic product of the local seafood cuisine.
The participating establishments have prepared special menus where the mantis shrimp is the absolute protagonist, paired with wines from the Terra Alta Designation of Origin. These quality gastronomic proposals are priced between 35 and 50 euros, offering varied options for all audiences.
“"The involvement of the local restaurant sector in these days contributes to reinforcing the gastronomic identity of the municipality and giving visibility to the quality of L’Ampolla's cuisine, closely linked to the sea and the territory."
The thirteen restaurants in L'Ampolla that have joined the event are: Casa David, Lo Goleró, Casa Llambrich, La Roca Plana, Rodamar, El Pescador, Sol, Lo Típic, Can Piñana, Amics del Mar, Lo Garbí, Salazar’s, and El Nàutic de L’Ampolla.
