The artistic director of the Vila Casas Foundation, Bernat Puigdollers, presented on February 13 the new installation by Antoni Forcada at the Posicions room of the Can Mario Museum in Palafrugell.

The large-scale ephemeral work marks the beginning of a new strategy to promote the foundation's museums outside Barcelona. The piece was built using found materials such as wood and cables, creating a dialogue with the room's architecture.

"It is a great tribute to these humble workers of the rural world."

Antoni Forcada, who had not exhibited in museums for decades, developed this work through direct contact with the space. The installation will remain open until mid-July, followed by an exhibition by photographer Mireia Sallarès.
