The Festival ÍTACA kicked off on April 4th in L'Escala and will run until July 5th, bringing a diverse music program to the Baix Empordà region.

Loud music is once again the main focus with the Festival ÍTACA, an event that began on April 4th in L'Escala with the free concert Santa Gresca and will continue until July 5th. Featuring a lineup combining big names and new venues, the festival has already hosted highlights such as the only performance by Morad in Catalonia, held on May 8th at the Palau de Fires in Girona.
This year, the festival stands out for Ítaca's return to Pals and for performances in unique settings: Mazoni will present his album in Ullastret, and Alosa will bring their debut to Gualta. Additionally, one of the major new features is the incorporation of Ítaca Plaça, a free stage that enriches this edition's offerings.
However, the bulk of the programming will be concentrated on the main beach of L'Estartit coinciding with Sant Joan. Friday, June 19th, will be marked by rock from Love of Lesbian, Sidonie, Dan Peralbo i El Comboi, Remei de Ca la Fresca, and a closing set by Ryna DJ. The following day, La M.O.D.A., Carlos Ares, La Ludwig Band, The Molotovs, and Hoonine will take the stage. For its part, the Sant Joan eve celebration will feature 31 FAM, Ven’nus, Barry B, Cupido, and DJ Trapella.
The closing of this edition will maintain tradition at the Port Bo beach in Calella de Palafrugell. The finale of the Festival ÍTACA will be performed by Els Amics de les Arts, who will bring their special tour celebrating 20 years of musical career to this emblematic seaside stage.
