The Calonge i Sant Antoni town council has shortlisted five architecture firms to compete for the renovation of the Santa Maria del Collet monastery this February.

The selected teams include Manel Bosch, Mateu Barba Arquitectura, C63 Studio, UTE Mendoza Partida with Mulà, and BCQ Arquitectura Barcelona. They must submit their final designs by March 23rd.
The project aims to transform the 13th-century heritage site into a cultural and educational center. The design contract is valued at 120.000 euros.
Total construction costs are estimated at 1.5 million euros, with the public tender expected to open during the summer months.
