The town of Sant Feliu de Guíxols experienced a weekend full of imagination with the celebration of the 11th Storytelling Fair, "Explica'm", from June 12th to 14th.

For three days, the seaside town hosted over 25 activities that attracted numerous families and placed storytelling at the heart of the cultural scene. The fair offered a diverse program ranging from itinerant performances and street theater to storytelling for adults and a giant's gathering.
The "Explica'm" initiative extended beyond children's entertainment, with offerings designed for young people and adults, showcasing the versatility of storytelling as an art form. The fair also featured stalls selling books, illustrations, and crafts related to the world of stories.
The opening performance, "The Hare and the Tortoise" by the company Teatre Nu, kicked off the event on Friday, June 12th, with an itinerant journey. From Saturday onwards, the Rambla became the hub of the fair, hosting workshops, presentations, storytelling sessions, and book signings, while other venues in the town featured activities such as face painting and board game workshops.
Saturday's events also included the Ganxona Giant's Gathering, with a parade that wound through the town's streets. The evening was marked by storytelling for adults, including the performance "Tales to go to bed (or not)", highlighting the fair's aim to engage all age groups.
On Sunday, the fair continued with workshops by the Colla Gegantera Ganxona and the storytelling session "Guillem Tell". The afternoon concluded the event with activities such as a manipulative play area, global readings, and the theater performance "Embolic" by the company Pau Casals, marking the end of a weekend filled with cultural activities.
