The municipalities of Torroella de Montgrí and l'Estartit have introduced a joint ticket to access the Museum of the Mediterranean and Espai Medes, making it easier to visit these two cultural facilities.

This initiative allows visitors to purchase a single ticket to explore both sites, which are fundamental for understanding the natural and cultural richness of the territory. The proposal aims to offer a more affordable option, with a general price of 7 euros and a reduced price of 4 euros, to encourage access to the municipality's cultural offerings.
The main objective of this measure is to promote the heritage of the Montgrí massif, the Baix Ter plain, and the Medes Islands. The connection between the Museum of the Mediterranean and Espai Medes seeks to provide a comprehensive view of the area, presenting it as a unified narrative from complementary perspectives.
Tickets are now available for purchase directly at the facilities and at tourist information points. They can be bought at the l'Estartit tourist office and the Torroella de Montgrí information point.
The Museum of the Mediterranean, located in the Can Quintana building, offers an interactive experience exploring Mediterranean nature, history, and culture. Its journey is guided by sounds and music, inviting a sensory discovery of the territory. Meanwhile, Espai Medes is a newly created marine interpretation center that offers an immersive experience into the seabed, revealing the biodiversity and maritime tradition of the Medes Islands.
This strategy is part of a broader plan to consolidate Torroella de Montgrí and l'Estartit as benchmarks for cultural and sustainable tourism, uniting two complementary spaces and enhancing the municipality's projection.
