The radio station Ràdio Capital de l'Empordà will celebrate its 25th anniversary next Saturday, December 21st, in Palafrugell with a large public party featuring live music, hot chocolate, and radio.

The celebration will take place in front of the station's studios at the Centre Comercial Cavallers in Palafrugell, starting at 6:00 PM. The event will mark the beginning of a commemorative year filled with cultural and local activities, highlighting the premiere of Ràdio Capital's new sound identity, a complete renovation of its musical themes and identification resources.
The musical lineup will feature performances by Miquel Abras, Laura West, Cloe Riembau, Àlex Pérez, Albert Fort, Ernest Prana, and Joan Rubau. In addition to the music, attendees can enjoy a traditional hot chocolate prepared by chef Quim Casellas from the Restaurant Casamar team.
Throughout the afternoon, a special live program will be recorded, hosted by Joan Arenyes, Mariola Dinarès, and Joan Bosch. The activity is free of charge but requires prior registration through the station's website due to limited capacity for the event, which is supported by the Palafrugell City Council.
